Ten essential healthy lifestyle rules

Your health is your responsibility. Your lifestyle choices will have an impact on your mental and physical health. Healthy living needs consistency, practice, and maintenance of your body through nutrition and exercises together with other lifestyle choices. Sleep

A human body should sleep for at least eight hours to allow your brain function usually. It reduces stress and allows the body to relax. Improve your sleep patterns by avoiding coffee in the late hours, sleeping in a room with complete darkness, and get to bed early.

Take a Break and Delegate

Get social
