Zellweger Syndrome

Zellweger Syndrome Zellweger syndrome, also called cerebrohepatorenal syndrome, is a rare congenital disorder characterized by the reduction or absence of functional peroxisomes in the cells of an individual.  It is one of a family of disorders called leukodystrophies.
